Just wanted to say hey to all our our EQ family! Girlar and I have just started playing Runes of Magic--pretty cool game--we just sent our daughter off to college =) IN 2 more years the youngest will be off to college also! We do miss EQ and the guild banter, but are enjoying trying out new games. We played Vanguard, EQ2, Shaiya for a bit. Hope everyone is having fun playing whatever game they enjoy!

Glad to see some old people still lurking around on the boards now and then. I'm currently playing Age of Conan but plan on playing AION once it's released. After that I'm aiming for Star Wars: The Old Republic, been waiting ages for a proper sci-fi MMO!

Why is it that rangers can use their equivalent spell indoors and druids cant?

Ye4a I don't get muhc time for gaming, so tried a few freebies, nothing has the old EQ flavor--for so many reasons! I seriously hope that there is a game out there that can capture some of the best parts of EQ, and has a great community as well. I so much hate how easy the games are--and so limited! Miss thye old EQ corpse runs, trains to zone, and sooo many very cool zones with a variety of mobs. Also miss factions and mobs killing other mobs, stuff like that. If anyone knows a game that has any of this stuff--please let me know!
How do you like Aion? Anything elose interesting out there? I dont wish to play a WOW copy. I know whine whine. hehe.
In answer to Koras--my kids are 21, 18 and 16. Two in college--yikes!
