1) ILS points

a. What's that ?

Each player earns LP when participate to guild events (Raid, FN, CoI).
Each player can use LP points to bid on an item droped during an event where he was present.

b. How do I earn ILS points ?

All gathering involving a raid effort, involving more than 1 illu group for specific targets : The lottos will ALWAYS be ILS among full members. Parchement, spells and runes will be randomly rolled among full members first. Why ? Because the upgrades which can be found on such mobs are really important, and we want the full members to be geared up first (logical). It doesnt reward with points : Because the only events that give points are the mandatory raids. People who are involved in exp groups or doing what they want arent forced to come, and for those who cant, then its more fair. The fact that joining the event, you can bid on upgrades is fair too. Full members and points : Being a full member and having points give you more chance to win an upgrade, and if you have lots of points it means you participated more to raid efforts, and you have even more chance to win (the base of our system). Applicants : As applicants cant be in lottos, but are making the effort to come to help guildies, joining applicant will be given 1 ILS point per mini event. Full members wont earn any points.

c. Members & Applicants :

All points achieved are personal and cannot be transferred to other players. The LP's are awarded to the RL person behind the player. If Tinsi plays Ismahel on a raid, Tinsi will get the LP's. Certain exceptions can be made if the player is forced to bring both players to make the raid possible.
Points are awarded at the end of each raid after the lotto is done. So you will enter the Lotto Session with the same amount of points that you entered the raid with. It means : you can only bid with the amount of point you had starting that raid !

Applicants : Applicants earn points during the trial month like a regular member, but will be able to spend them only when they are officialy declared as Full Member.
Members : Full Members earn and manage their points and can bid whenever they want in the event they are participating.

d. Spending LP & Lotto rules :

- All loot will be announced as it drops and given to LM. LM will lotto this at the end of the raid (Lotto Session) with stats etc.
- All NO DROP items will be lottoed immediately.
- Even if you win you can still be in on more lottos.
- All drops that drop during an ILS raid will be kept in the guild. If you are caught selling/giving away the item(s) to unguilded players you will be reprimanded.
- You can only bid with whole numbers (1 2 3 4 5 etc, not 1 ½ )
- If an item gets no bidders those attending with 0 points will be asked if interested. If they are, it will be lottoed between them with a normal "/random 1-X" where X = the number of players with 0 points wanting to roll on the item. The winner will loose 1 LP. If no one wants the item the players with -1 LP will be asked etc. If no one want the item at all, it will got to the Guild Vault.
- If someone has to leave early from a raid, they can send a tell to the LM to place a bid on the items that have dropped so far so the LM will roll for this person when the Lotto Sessions starts. The leaving player cannot bid on so many items that if he wins on all he/she will be on less then 0 points.

Lotto Session:		Buying items from Guild Vault
1. The LM will list all the dropped items with stats. 2. LM will start to lotto a random item. 3. LM will announce what item is being lottoed and ask those who can use/wear this item to send tell to LM with the amount of LP you would like to bid within the given timelimit (1 minutes max). 4. LM announces who and what range they are given (Person A 1-4, Person B 5-6 etc) and then rolling. Only bids that are 80% or higher than the maximum bid are accepted and included in the lotto (ie : Blah bids 100 points, all bids between 1 and 79 will be rejected). 5. Winner will get item and loose the amount of points he/she bided. 6.When a bidding round is closed, and the Lottomaster have received only 1 bid, then the item will got to that player at the cost of 1 point, no matter how many points he bid 7. Next item		Mains and Alts : Please check the Guild vault in member section for prices on item (you can buy items under usual PC with ILS points, Pp, or both) Epic Drops (separate from normal drops) 1. Unless we do a specific raid for a specific person epic pieces will be awarded to the character that is closest to completing his/her epic according to the posted epic listing. If 2 or more people are at the same stage in their epic, it would go to the person who has been at that stage for longer "waiting" in this guild. 2. People present at the raid will however get priority over people who are not in attendance when an epic piece drops. 3. If we do a single fight for a person and the fight contributes other drops as well as the epic piece, the winner of the epic item is out on all other lottos. 4. Epic pieces do not cost LP's

Punishments :
- Bidding when not allowed : "inactive", or "Red" in roster, or not meeting a mandatory requirement, put you out from any lotto. If you still bid while out, you could get an ILS punishment.
- Bidding more points than what you have : will result with an official warning and 20 pts removed from your ILS pools (besides the points you bid).

Executive Summary:
All droppable loot will be lottoed at the END of a raid. This system is designed to allow members pick and choose which loot hey would like to acquire during an ILS raid. The system is based on a lottery system where as each person can bet a certain amount of LP on an item that dropped. When a certain time limit is up the LM will do a "/random" roll where all the players who sent tell will be given a number range according to the amount of LP bid. The winner of the roll will permanently loose the LP he bid, while the rest will not loose any at all.

IMPORTANT:
Raid Loot : All item dropped from beggining to end during raid is considered as a raid loot. From the few cp to the ubah lewt ! It means, if we are crossing WW to reach ToV and you kill (alone or not) a mostodont which drops a fur, that fur belongs to the rid and will be lottoed to the people who need it.
Guild property : The items you won are the guild property, it means, when you get an upgrade you are expected to give back the previous item (if you dont need it anymore) to guild, in an open lotto or so (see an officer for that). Beeing caught selling an item you won in a raid (without telling it first to officers) will end up with an official Warning. A few exceptions can occur, and we ask members to talk to an officer first before doing anything.
1 item = 1 winner : If for any reason you lose an item (lack of knowledge in a quest, destroy it, sell it (!!) ), you CANT bid on that item again in another raid. Except for specific issues (bug for example), you have to get the "YES" from council to be allowed to bid again on an already won item.
Returning a dropable item to guild : You decide to give back a dropable item to guild (because you won an upgrade, because you dont use it anymore, etc...), you are given back 50% of the spent points (minimum 1).

2) Raids rules

a. Where is the raid / who is our target / what is our goal ?

When joining a raid, you must know :
- what we are doing (All details are posted a few days/week before in raids calendar on site).
- the LP you have (if you dont, then /smack you had to check first on boards you LP pool).

a. Raid Behaviours :

- /RS Channel :
With PoP raid system we are using /rs for main informations. As it can be moderated, we reaquire EVERY participants to avoid using this channel. In other words the only person allowed to use /rs should be :

- Raid leaders : orders and leadership
- Main casters : enc for tash-slow, sham for malo-slow, buffers when they are asked to buff groups, group leaders when they are asked any information (gtg ? is G1 in position ? etc.)

NO ONE else should use this channel.

- /illuinfo /illuheal /etc... Channel :
When required other channels can be created (usualy "illuinfo" for buff informations, "illuheal" for healer and CH cycle, "illushm" for shaman coordination, "illupuller" for pulling team, etc...

If you arent any of these (puller, healer, etc...) you arent supopsed to communicate in these channel (of course you can still join them if you want to know how it works J )

- /gu Channel :
For anything not mentionned above aka "chit chat", use only Guild Chat. Using all the other channel for chit chat must be end with a TL out from raid.

- Group leaders & group members :
All Raid/FN/CoI participants have to listen and follow Raid Leader orders. NEVER contesting tactics, choice, positions. If you do believe something is wrong or unfair, contact an officer in tell.

Every group leaders have the entire responsability of their members. If you are asked to be a Group Leader and you think you cant handle it, tell ASAP the raid leader to choose someone else.

The group leader must be aware of the status of his members. Any AFK, Death, Spells, ... and the Group Leader has to solve his members issues (Saying "not gtg" if there are members afk in his groups, if someone is missing a buff, if any of his group members is under a mob spell, etc...). Buffs : During raid, there are two type of buffs : Single and Group. The Group leader has the responsability to ask the buffers for group buffs (BoA, HoV, FoS, etc.). If we decide to move and the group isnt fully buffed, its the Group leader fault. Above all, the group leader must take care of his group, and communicate with the right persons in order to avoid downtime. The Group Leader must be able to give his group status whenever asked by raid leader.		The group member must tell his status whenever asked to his Group Member. He has to ask his group leader if he needs group buffs. For single target buff, he has to ask in tell to the buffer. In general, repeated AFK without warning, whining about loot/order, spamming channel you arent allowed to, any misplaced behaviour etc. Will lead to a TL out from the raid A TL out from a raid will be followed (after raid) by an official Warning (see Guild Charter & Laws).

3) The Raid Leader(s) and Officers :

Everyone will have to follow the Raid Leader. For each Raid/FN/CoI, at least one officer will be present to handle ILS.

You can contact whenever needed any present officer for any question (about the event in progress). Try to see if that can wait or no, because officers are most of the time on tells, and trying to focus the best they can on the event.

You dont have to contact Raid Leader during raid (you can ask him question before start if you think you need an explanation about a detail, but be sure it hasnt been answered already. You can of course contact him after raid to Gratz him on the leadership :).

There are a few exception on telling officer / raid leader, these situation are HARD and BORING to handle, so dont tell them, in order to avoid mistakes and loss of concentration :

- Lotto (TELL ONLY WITH YOUR BID, no question, no infos, nada else)
- Making groups startup (tell your group leader/members)
- Rais leader / officer asking for a fast pause to discuss about tactic (get a coffee while they discussing :) )
- CoHing people (wait for ppl to be beamed up)
